Toolbar Position

The Toolbar Position setting is used to arrange Toolbar Buttons at the top or bottom of the component. If no default setttings or value is specified, the buttons are place at the top of the component by defauly. When set to Bottom, the Toolbar Buttons are placed at the bottom of the component.
