Temporary Password Exception String Setting

It is possible to set characters to be excluded when generating a temporary password issued upon new registration or password change.

Excluded characters can be set for each character and number item, and characters to be excluded are entered in each item and values are separated by commas (,).

English characters must be case-sensitive.
